This CCPA Compliance notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents whose personal information is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA"). This notice describes our data practices and explains your rights under California law.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the manner covered by that statute.
How to Submit a Request
You may submit a verifiable consumer request by emailing support@greyhaventechnologies.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request" and including:
Your name and business email address.
The right you wish to exercise.
Sufficient information for us to verify your identity and locate responsive records.
We will confirm receipt and respond within the timeframe required by law. If we cannot verify your request, we will explain why and what additional information may be needed.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf by providing written authorization and verification of both the agent and your identity, unless applicable law permits a different method.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Accordingly, we do not maintain a separate sale opt-out mechanism beyond this notice. If our practices change, we will update this page and provide a clear opt-out method as required by law.
